What is your returns and exchanges policy?
We currently use a print-on-demand process, which means each product is made especially for you once an order is placed. For this reason, we're unable to accept returns or exchanges.
We have spent a lot of time and consideration choosing our print and fulfilment partners to ensure quality is priority every time, from the blanks chosen and the printing techniques used. If there are any issues with print quality or your item arrives damaged, please reach out and we'll absolutely make it right.
My product arrived faulty, how do I start a return?
